By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact us before you place an order.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling. All prices are inclusive of UK sales tax  (VAT).


Payment can be made securely online. *Please note we do not accept credit cards. We are also happy to accept payment by cheque. Goods paid for by cheque will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. Receipts will be dispatched with the order. If you would like to pay by Bank Transfer please email us. Sorry but we are unable to take payments over the phone.

Full payment for goods ordered must be received before we can accept and dispatch the order. We aim to send out orders within 3-4 working days. Goods paid for by cheque will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.

SALE: Please note our sale items are only available online and for UK and Republic of Ireland orders. Sale price does not include Rosaria wallpaper.


Because of the differing quality of computer monitors, we suggest you send for samples to get a true representation of the wallpapers . We are very happy to provide you samples free of charge. Simply email your choice of sample, along with your name and address, or call us and we will endeavour to send them out to you within 3-4 working days.



Wallpaper: We charge a standard postage rate of £9.00 for all orders of 1-4 rolls. Free postage on order of 5 rolls and more. Minimum order is 1 roll. By Royal Mail/Parcel Force.

Please double check your measurements/calculations BEFORE placing your wallpaper order as unless the item is faulty we cannot accept returns. If there is a fault, please return the remainder of the faulty roll along with the label and we will offer you either a full refund or a replacement.

Wallpaper: We always recommend using an experienced, professional decorator.


Our wallpapers are printed in batches. We will always ensure that your order contains rolls from the same batch for colour consistency. As we can't guarantee future orders would come from the same batch, please ensure that you have correctly calculated the numbers of rolls required. * To ensure the best possible quality and finish, we always recommend using an experienced, professional decorator to hang our wallpapers.
